• Our office staff will ask a few brief questions to learn about your son or daughter’s needs and goals, and gather basic information before scheduling a tour.

• During the call, we will schedule a 15–20 minute tour at either our Roswell or Marietta location.

• You and your son/daughter are encouraged to attend together so you can meet our team, see the workshop, and get a feel for the environment

• A confirmation email will be sent once scheduled.

• At the time of your tour, our office can verify most major insurance plans in-house.

• This is typically completed at the end of the tour, before scheduling your initial evaluation.

•  Following the tour and insurance verification, we will schedule an initial evaluation with Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), or both.

• Intake paperwork will be provided at this time as well.

• All forms are available for download. If preferred, we are happy to email or mail them directly to you.

• Please return the completed paperwork before or on the day of your child’s initial evaluation. You may submit it in any of the following ways:
